OUR FAN APP IS NOW A WEB APP, MEANING ALL THE BENEFITS OF A TRADITIONAL APP WITHOUT THE NEED TO DOWNLOAD ANYTHING FROM AN APP STORE.
The Hawkr app is designed to give fans convenience, speed and features without the need to download anything.
A web app function in exactly the same way as a normal app, except you first open it in your web browser (such as Chrome) and then you can download it to your phone in a few easy steps, without needing to visit an app store.

PERSONALISED SHAREABLE LINKS (& QR CODE)
Hawkr has customised shareable links and QR codes for your artist profile. Your link follows this format:
https://hawkr.live/artistname
This link takes fans directly to your Hawkr artist profile and displays all your merch stands and your merch store in one place.

INTRODUCING ALWAYS-ON 'MERCH STORES'
Hawkr launched with ‘Merch Stands’ which allow you to set up a limited window merch stand for each gig you are playing. This is the best method to create hype around special drops or to reward fans at live shows with exclusive tour collections.
However, we have now introduced a new ‘Merch Store’ function. Merch Stores can be open anytime you want, for any length of time, and can be found on your artist profile page on the Hawkr app. This gives you the freedom to choose whether you want to set up individual merch stands for each show, or simplify things with just one non time specific Merch Store that is always live.

THE OPTION TO LOCK OR NOT
All ‘Merch Stands’ and your ‘Merch Store’ now have the option to be locked or not, a simple toggle switch turns this on or off. This gives you the option to increase exclusivity of merch by locking a stand, or to have it open for anyone to make a purchase without the need to unlock.
As a reminder, a locked stand can be unlocked via a QR code or password (password can be set in the artist portal), or automatically via geo-location for merch stands linked to a specific venue or address.
