  • What is Hawkr and what does it do?
    Hawkr is a new digital platform that benefits both fans and artists by creating a virtual merch stand in your pocket. It is a new way to buy merch via a digital merch stands, instead of a physical merch stand at live gigs. This saves queuing, prevents the need to lose your space at the front by having to visit the merch stand and eliminates the issue of finding out they've run out of your size or favourite colour. It also means you don't have to carry your merch around for the rest of the evening and risk losing it on the night bus home.   • How does Hawkr work?
    Hawkr connects you to virtual artist merch stands at live gigs and to merch stores. You can then buy items directly from your phone, which will be printed and delivered straight to your home. Here is how it works : Visit www.hawkr.live Browse merch stores and merch stands and make purchases in a few clicks Items will then be shipped directly to your home There is also a handy app available for both Android and Apple giving you access to more features. Using the app you can also follow your favourite artists and get alerts when merch stands open.
  • How do I install the Hawkr fan app on my phone
    Hawkr's fan app is a web app, meaning no download from an app store is required. Just open the URL hawkr.live and then you can add it to your phone home screen like all your other apps To see instructions on how, click here
  • How long are merch stands open for?
    'Merch Stands' are gig specific and open 12 hours before the gig and close 24 hours after the gig. Some items artist sell may be limited edition, so grab these exclusive designs while you can. 'Merch Stores' are more like always on shops and are open for long durations, for example the whole length of a tour. Each artists controls when these are available.
  • Why are some merch stands locked and how do I unlock them?
    Hawkr allows artists to choose whether or not to lock their merch stores and merch stands. Artists might choose to lock them to make the merch more exclusive and to reward fans that actually go to the see them play live. You can unlock a locked merch stand by using a passcode, scanning a special QR code or automatically via geolocation on your phone when you arrive at the venue.
  • Can I still see the merch at venues?
    Artists will often still have a physical merch displays somewhere in the venue allowing you to see the items. However due to the circumstance of each individual artist, the venue and type of gig, sometimes artists may choose not to display the merch, however you can still browse and buy through the app.
  • What is a shout out?
    A shout out is a special Hawkr feature that allows artists to send messages and photos directly to fans who follow them on Hawkr. This feature is currently only available on the Hawkr app.
  • How many items can I buy?
    There is a limit of 10 items per transaction but if you want to make a bulk order, please contact us at support@hawkrlive.com
  • When will I get my merch?
    Once you have ordered an item, we will print and ship your merch directly to the address you gave us. Your item should be printed within 2 to 5 working days and then shipped to you therefore the total time it takes to arrive will depend on your shipping location, here are some guide times: UK - items should arrive within 48hours of being shipped (public holidays and strikes may increase this), taking the overall time to 4 to 7 working days. Europe - the delivery time will vary across Europe depending on your country, however your item should arrive within 3 to 14 working days from the date it was shipped. Rest of the world - the delivery time can vary quite a lot depending on your country, however in most cases, items should arrive within 7 to 21 working days from the date it was shipped. However some countries inclding Australia and Newzealand can take up to 4 weeks due to the location and customs procedures.   • What countries can Hawkr ship to?
    We can ship to most countries all over the world (but not all!). This includes the UK, Europe and the US plus a lot more... To see a full list, when you add your delivery address there is a dropdown list, if the country is in the list, we can ship there.   • What countries is the Hawkr app available in?
    Currently the app is available in the following countries: UK Belgium France Germany Ireland Luxembourg Netherlands Portugal Spain If your country is not listed here and you want it to be, send us an email: support@hawkrlive.com
  • Can I buy merch using an iPad, Tablet or Desk Top computer?
    Yes, visit you can buy any way you like and don't need to download the app. just visit: www.hawkr.live
  • Can I exchange an item if the size is wrong?
    Currently we can't accommodate size exchanges, we hope to add this feature soon. Please see returns and refunds for more details on issues.
  • Can I return an item?
    You are entitled to return items within 14 days of purchase. If you decide to return an item, please contact us and explain why you are returning the item. We will then provide you with a return address and will issue a refund once the item has been returned. Please send an email to support@hawkrlive.com and include details of the artist you made the purchase from, your order number, email address and name so that we can process your return.
  • What happens if I receive a damaged item?
    If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us so that we can rectify the issue. Please send details of the item you ordered, your order number and the issue (you may like to include a photo) to support@hawkrlive.com
  • I'm an artist and I want to sell through Hawkr, what should I do?
