HOW TO ORDER YOUR OWN MERCH
Every artist has a 'SAMPLE MERCH STAND'. You can use this to buy your own merch at a discounted rate.
This stand is only viewable by you, the artist account owner.
To buy merch from your 'SAMPLE MERCH STAND' follow these instructions

Before you start: make sure you have fully completed set up of your artist account
INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Open the fan app (hawkr.live).
2. Log in using the same email address and password as your Artist Account
3. Scroll to the bottom of the app homepage, here you'll be able to see a 'Display Merch Stand'.
In this 'SAMPLE MERCH STAND', all your live merch designs are available for you to buy at a discounted rate.

You can select the 'SAMPLE MERCH STAND' and then shop on the app choosing what items and sizes you want. Check out in the exact same way a fan would, by selecting a delivery address and payment option.

The price you pay is not the retail price you choose for fans, but a discounted rate automatically set by Hawkr.
Note on delivery times: Display merch delivery times can vary depending on how much and what is ordered. Typical Display merch delivery times are 5 to 7 working days, but as the delivery date is usually critical for you, please allow extra time ahead of your show or tour.
WHY YOU SHOULD ORDER YOUR OWN MERCH
Having display items really helps to drive sales on Hawkr. Fans can still pick up and try merch on, see various designs in real life and then just order using the Hawkr app. Why spend all your time loading boxes of merch in and out when you can spend that time creating an amazing display in the venue!
You may want to order display merch to check your designs and take photos of them to promote on socials channels or use for competitions and give-aways. Why not give some to band members or crew, another good way to show-off your designs? Gone are the days of not being able to wear your own band’s merch!

Here’s the good part! Merch ordered through your 'DISPLAY MERCH STAND' comes at a discounted rate. We only charge you for the cost price of the item, plus a handling and shipping fee.
