HOW TO LOG IN AND TROUBLE SHOOTING
On Hawkr there are two different login details:
Artist area: Login details for the artist area where your manage all your account details, merch designs and merch stores.

Fan app: Where you can use your 'Display Merch' stand to buy samples at a reduced rate
​
These two login details need to be set up independently and are different.
WHAT ARE MY LOGIN DETIALS?
ARTIST AREA:
For the artist are you will need the following login details:
​
Username: This is the account username you set up when you registered your account, it is not the email address you used.
​
Password: The password you set up
​
URL: https://artists.hawkrlive.com/mays/
​
For some features such as designing merch, you currently need to be using a laptop, not a smart phone.

FAN APP:
For the fan app, the first time you try and log in you will need to register as a new user, even it you have already created an artist account.
To be able to see your 'display merch stand' you need to use the same email address as the one saved in your artist login profile, you can read more about that here

Username: This is an email address
​
Password: The password you set up when you registered on the app, it may therefore be different to your artist profile password.

HAWKR STRIPE CONNECT ACCOUNT:
​
When you register on Hawkr, you also create a Hawkr Stripe Connect account with our payment partner Stripe. This is where your funds are collected and held for you. These are automatically transferred every Monday to your chosen account.

STILL CANT LOGIN or FORGOTTEN YOUR PASSWORD
If you need to re-set your password, you should be able to do this by following the on screen promt.
