Start by downloading the app from either the App store or Google Play

Joining Hawkr for the first time? Just click register - it's free!
Too excited to register now, you can click 'buy merch' and browse immediately. Register an account after checking out what's available.

To register, fill out your details and we'll instantly send you a confirmation email to validate your email address.
Don't forget to check your spam folder.

Click the email to validate your account, this will take you back to the app and you should be up and running!
Any issues, you can always copy and paste the link into your web browser to complete the validation process.

Once logged in to the app, for a speedy checkout at the gig make sure you pre-fill in your shipping address.

Browse available merch stores and stands for merchandise.
Why are some merch stands locked?
Hawkr allows artists to choose to lock their merch stands, in some cases the merch is only available to those who go to the show, so that piece of merch really means something.

Unlocking merch stands can be done in 3 ways, using a passcode, scanning a special QR code, or automatically when you arrive at the venue (if you have your location settings enabled).

Making a purchase is easy, simply add items to your bag. You can click the shopping bag icon in the top right to edit your bag.

Once you are happy with your chosen merch, simply check out and pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Your purchase should now be complete. You can check on your orders by clicking on the 'me' icon in the bottom right.
